After a few weeks, I decided that it would be better to move the discussion to reddit.
We now have our very own subreddit! After a while on reddit and everyone joins the discussion, I will make it private for those who think it’s too public.
I decided to open source my code. It’s on github now. The link is on the download page.
I just added a forum to discuss all of this because DSLReports is quite, well, “hard to work with”. They delete every post I make though nothing I post is illegal, speeds are controlled at the DSLAM and modems cannot be uncapped so theft of service is NOT and never WILL/SHOULD be an option.
For skeptical users:
To get the java source code just use 7zip on the jar file, it’s not obfuscated or hidden in any way. You could also just DIY, instructions are provided.
Edit: Everything is now published on github
I’m trying to come up with a solution for NVG599/NVG595 but I cannot find the modem for sale anywhere. If anyone knows where to obtain one or has a spare one sitting around, please, please comment or contact me directly at admin (at) nvg-blend3r.ga
Thanks everyone reading
I’ve upgraded my program to version 2.0. It now includes an easy to navigate GUI. The code has also been slightly optimized and cleaned up. The updated links are available on the NVG589 root/bridge mode page.
This is my first blog post. I like cyber security and messing with AT&T’s RG’s. Chances are that you came here for the NVG589 Root/Bridge mode tool. Check the upper right hand corner ;).
